There is talk of a rematch. I see no point in a rematch, and Barrios will have to make weight this time which I doubt he can do. But if it does happen, easy win for Guzman. He will adjust and do better where as Barrios only fights one way and it wasnt good enough. Guzman probably stops him if they fight again.

I can only see the point from the entertainment side of the audience.

Hmmmmmmm... they had it a close, split-decision fight. I wonder if they'd anticipated a good fight and wanted it "close" to justify that rematch? Naaaaaaaah, surely not?

Barrios' punches were wide but effective when he went to the body. I saw the fight twice, the first time, I thought Guzman won easily. However, on closer inspection, Barrios really did make it a closer fight than some of you think. The judges were right on the money with the scoring...although I think even without the point deduction, Guzman still would have won, IMO.
