I cited Juarez's statement about what inflicted the damage on the eye to corroborate your earlier post that Barrera did, indeed, use punches other than a jab.

I just felt it fair to add Juarez's claim of MAB running in as much as both statements were made in the very same interview.
i hear you on that bro, in no way was i coming at you and attacking you in my post, id be frustrated too if i was juarez, im not going to deny that barrera was on the back foot most of the night and juarez wanted to engage, but barrera did not want too. but then in my opinion juarez needs to have a plan B in order to make barrera feel uncomfortable and fight him the way juarez wanted to fight him. barrera cant be to blame for this in my opinion, juarez did not do what he said he would do. he said he was gonna apply pressure and take MORE risks, he didnt do that, if he done that, then barrera would not have been "running" away because he would have caught up with barrera with his constant pressure and risk taking.

No big deal, buddy. I didn't think that you were.

Anyhow, if anyone really wants to find visual evidence of MAB mixing some of his punches, all one has to do is check out the photo gallery on this site. There are quite a number of pictures there where Barrera was dishing out a right straight, a right cross, a left uppercut, a left hook...

Barrera's having dominated through his jab may have made some over-look the other things he did. The jab was indeed the predominant weapon, but there were others in the arsenal that were also used, albeit, more sparingly. Be that as it may, one of the very few uppercuts left that damage that Juarez himself confessed to.
