    No, I'm not saying he's not an all-time great. He's up there, just not at the very top echelon. 18 year (plus?) career with only 4 losses and two of them debated losses is very respectable and maybe if he fought and won with even more frequency he could have been higher. Yes, he's probably a top 10 middleweight although I know people who would argue that point.

          The whole "blown up welterweight" argument is monkeypoop.

          The Welterweight division is the most ****y division in the history of boxing. They think they are so quick and invincible that they can just waltz up into Middleweight anytime they want and start PWNnig people...

          Sugar Ray Robinson moved from Welter to middle and conquered.

          Leonard followed suit by invading the middleweight division and going toe to toe with the champ Marvin Hagler.

          When the welters(Oscar & Tito) came knocking on Bernards door, Bernard handled his buisness and kicked their little asses off the porch. something Hagler had trouble doing...
