some ppl actually thought it was cool that i did boxing. but they dont know what its like. i love the training part of things its just the fighting im not to sure about.
i dont come from a fighting background and i dont think i can be "shaped" into a fighter.
i mean i just want a degree and a good ***ing job.
box enough, and wont be able to get a degree OR a job!!! hahahaha
I mean if they put me in with a dude that has similar experiance as me. id probably do very well. But they always get me to sparr sum hard ass at the gym.
You've been at the gym 7 months have you got your amature fight yet? If so and you want to quiet then its your choice. But hatting sparring is normal, i used to hate sparring cause their was times i sparred a guy at the gym who used to hit like a brick, later on a figured him out and i'd get the best of him. 7 months is a long time but their many questions to be asked. Best i can say is if you fought amature and didn't like it then quiet. Took me years to get an amature fight cause i would quiet, that why i said if you planned to get your first amature fight then stick it out and fight amature first.
And in your sparrings, get mad if you have too, you don't have to be polite in boxing. You want to get better or spook you sparring teammates then hit them with a big shot and then to the stomache. I've learned that go to the stomache and you will calme done their aggressive attack. You got to see some Chavez fights, h was aware of everything, he didnt get hit as much as people think and at times he plainly didn't care about the other guys punch but he knew how to defend punchs. In all honesty with out more imformation, its really just seems that you're not getting trained right and you are too bumed out and don't have enough support behind you to go through the tough times in the gym.

7 months. but really its 2 times a week. so really you could say ive been training for 14 days? but in between i go running 4 miles and i do my gym work.
and you have to be real good to get registered at the gym. its really hard to do that.
i mean since boxing. ive been on a strict balanced diet. i want to ***ing go to the local chippy and eat FISH AND CHIPS. but i cant.
i want to eat a chicken curry and rice. but i cant.
i want to eat a chinese pork curry but i ***ing cant.
even when im buying the paper i want a chocolate to eat for the walk home. but i cant!!.
I boxed for three years and I can tell you any decision you make, you are not a *****.
Just do what feels right for you man. Seriously.
And there is nothing wrong with being "used" as a sparring partner. Think about it. Ther are guys who are pros are basically professional sparring partners. That's what they do and they serve an important function. If you are enjoying and it learning then keep it at it. However, if you're being used as a punching bag just for no reason and not learning anything, think about finding another gym.
