It makes me mad when some of u so called boxing fans come in here do not know what u are talking about. I mean come on give Klitschko some credit this is his first title defense and hes fighting a top ranked undefeated contender, why dont we look at some other champions and their first title defenses and then start talking crap...

some of u guys on here are really dumb, how long do we have to go over the same things, Maskaev will not be ready for the nomvember date, Im sure most of the fans would much rather want to see a unification between Klitschko-Maskaev then see Klitschko-Briggs. Im glad that Brock is fighting Klitschko he deserves it more then Briggs....

Anyway Maskaev will have to fight the winner from Toney/Peter fight. Also Maskaev said that he will not be ready to fight in November, so a fight with Wlad is not possible.

I personally would've liked to see Wlad fighting Sergi next over Brock or Briggs.

Brock is a real contender? I wouldn't know, his 2 biggest names are over the hill fighters. Maybe you've seen some secret workout sessions involving briggs with some other top heavyweights that you aren't sharing with us.

And don't get me wrong, I definately don't think Briggs is some top cat... but we've seen what he can do against some other top heavies. I take this is the Klitshko camp being some what afraid of Briggs. Would that be so shocking? Who knows, Brock is still a hard hitter and has a chance for an upset.

It's not as though this is his "first Title defense." Maybe under his new belt which he won, but he's had more than his share of time at the top fighting with a belt.

At least Brock has defeated Jameel McCline, something may I remind all of you that Shannon Briggs NEVER DID!!!!!!!!!!!! Briggs got knocked the **** down by McCline and lost by a WIIIIDEEE MARGIN!!!

That's all the "hype" he needs. His fight with Lewis shows what everybody knows Briggs can do. Knock somebody the **** out early on in a fight. He had Lewis in deep **** more than a couple of times in the early rounds.
