If you back and read Pychopaths post he is saying that the reason why Pac/JMM ended in a draw was because Pac hurt his left arm sometime during the fight and could not use it. A flat out lie.

I like both fighters but sometimes the nuthugging on this topic gets out of hand.

Sorry bro, i did not explain it right. We have The Filipino Channel(its like a cable), the sport news didn't mention about the left arm after Pac's fight with JMM back in 2004.

I like Pacquiao but i don't believed his unbeatable, just like Tyson, MAB, EM, Dela Hoya, Mosley, there will be a fighter in the future that will beat Pacman.

Just as Xcaret said, after 3 knock downs, Marquez got a draw! Marquez had to win almost every round to get the draw, but reality is Marquez schooled pacquiao round by round after the knock downs.

Im sorry you didn't get to hear about Marquez back then.

Around 89-94, the only boxing shows i remember where shown by ABS CBS and KCAL here in Los Angeles. They did show some in Great Western Forum. KCAL showed the Carbajal-Gonzalez fight, that was a classic. Wasn't one of their fight in the Forum?

I am not as knoweledgeable in boxing as other member in here.....

Like in other sports, even though atheletes want to be the best, they also play for money. That's one of the factors that other atheletes want to turn professional.

As far as Erik on the trilogy, EM will be fighting mostly for his legacy. He wants to show the boxing fans that he still a top fighter and that he is better than Pacquiao. But if he losses to Pacquiao by KO/TKO might led him to retirement, if Erik believes that he does not had it anymore. But even with a loss in the trilogy, i believed Erik's pride will not lead him to retirment, he might move up weight.

Yes i do believed also that Erik is fighting for a paycheck(not his last of course), just like Pacquiao, Barrera, Dela Hoya, Toney, PBF Mayweather, Shane Mosley, etc....

Of course everyone fights for money but what Mowgli_P was suggesting is that Erik Morales only cares about the money and getting paid. Which we've both agreed on, is a ridicolous accusation.

Well, it was not shown in TFC here in pinas but in RPN 9. Pac was interviewed by chino trinidad after the fight. Tha's the time he mde his excuses for not winning the fight. The sock lol and the swollen left hand.

The bottom line is everyone has excuses.

JMM didn't win the fight. You know the rest of the fight WAS NOT completely one-sided. I did agree with the Draw decision.

And yes, both Barrera and Morales did not look like themselves but if your going to accept those excuses than you have to accept Pac's as well.

Personally, I'm not buying into either. I know that the Terrible that was knocked out was badly weight-drained. But that takes nothing away from Pacquiao's performance. He was a complete fighter that night.

Let's just wait until the 3rd fight.
