I've never heard a credible source call the HW's of the 90's any good. It is widely known that the worst era (other then today's) was the 80's and 90's and the 40's.

The best of his era and great are to different things,and as far as best of his era, what was his era ? When he got beat by mccall? lol or when Rahman stretched him with one punch ?

So what didn't Ali lose to Ken Norton Who lost to Forman and wasn't one off the fights if you didn't see it Norton won.What I am saying is some times you get up for fights more than others.Me myself I never really liked Lewis but you can't blame him for his style aginst a man That ways 230(did Ali).Or him being lazy (see Ali)in his later years.True times change but power don"t.Yes you can clean out your div. without a dought But that make you great? he never fought like a champion. he fought like a boxer, never took chances, always played the safe game, and was the best of the worst era of HW boxing.

i dislike lennox lewis, and i'll never give him the credit he deserves, but thats just me.

Didn't take chances? Have you seen the Briggs or Klitschko fights?

Plus, aside from Tua, Holyfield, Mercer and Tucker, everyone else got KTFO.

Lewis could do both. Get the job done, or make a statement.
