the so cold 3 top oppo hatton has fought
tszyu - apparently had a shoulder injury whilst fighting him (i aint questioning the legitacy of it) but the tszyu that hatton fought would of still beat at least 4 of the top 5 jr welters at the time and if it would of been mayweather fighting him instead of hatton everybody would be screaming thats another person watering down an accomplishment achieved by floyd
maussa - yah he got beet by cotto via cuts but he still got a shot at the rising name in the jr welter division and maussa took full advantage and knocked harris out , then he wanted to unify straight away and yes he gave hatton some trouble for the 1st 3 rounds but the fact is he inflicted most damage with hes head and it would of been generous to give muassa a round on the scorecards and eventually he got knocked out.
luis collazo - lost relativly early in hes carear to a journeyman at best but came back more focussed after that , and a few good wins over decent journeymen and then took a world title fight at 2 weeks notice and won on a split decision , knocked out hes opponent on hes 1st defence and then opted to defend against hatton , he got knocked down in the 1st round and for me lost the 1st 4 maybe 5 rounds , won 3 of the middle rounds and then from rounds 8-11 he was doing some good work to win the rounds but hatton always came back with about 1-40 left on the clock and did enough to take some close 10-9 rounds of collazo maybe give collazo a round in there somewhere , collazo took the 12th round and rocked hatton a little bit but depending on how you scored the middle rounds the worse win you could give hatton was a 2 point margin on the scorecards.

I had Hatton well ahead of Maussa when the KO happened, as I imagine most of the viewing public, judges, and media did...

Hatton was winnin Maussa but Maussa was landin sum pretty good shots n cut him on both eyes,compared 2 Cotto's peformance it was nothing special,Cotto outboxed him real bad.

As for Collazo v Hatton,Hatton got whooped,got hurt badly in d 12th,n did NUTIN 2 take the title off d champ. .he had real problems thats why hes movin back down 2 light welterweight,but if i remember Hatton said he felt MUCH stronger and faster at welterweight before the fight,after he got rocked n outboxed he said he had troubles makin d weight. .
