Adrien Broner - who didnt have a win in 2 years and that was a split decision over Granados
Thurman - had one fight in over 2 years where he struggled with his tuneup Josito

For years Floyd and his fans bragged about how much longevity he had, how little punishment he took, etc etc.

Yet Pacquiao took way more punishment, was way more entertaining, and still managed to stay champion into his 40s.

How was he able to do it?

I think it's two totally different mindsets.

Floyd wasn't hungry wanted big money fights against limited opposition and retires when there no more short flat footed slow fighters to exploit.

Guys like Broner and Thurman should beat a waay past prime Manny simply because they are good and younger, but Manny seems to have a hunger intangible that Floyd can't match.
