Crawfords manager/trainer has already said he'd expect to take and would accept 10mil just one or two months ago. So doubt that rumor. But either way, if this fight happens it's all on Pacquiao cuz we know his team really want Ryan or Mikey.

Crawfor asking for 15mil isnt out of the realm, Pacquiao would still be making 35mil, so ifhe can get it good for him.
