Bread is a salty Canelo hater. Bread fabricates and makes up these fictional mailbags. He must feel really mad Jrock dumped him.

The Q&A starts with the premise of a current Canelo facing the 2013 Floyd. At least that’s what fans would assume he’s insinuating but then he says “current” Floyd. Lol No version of Floyd would fight the current Canelo.

Emotions aside, what did you think of his parallel Marquez-PAC response?
PAC could be anointed GOAT status, Marquez will forever have PAC’s number. It’s that simple.

I’m a Canelo fan and I say he got gift decisions vs GGG and Lara and I had him winning a majority decision against Cotto.

Your logic would be akin to say Marquez does not beat a “prime” PAC, well, he did and in spectacular fashion.
Two, if Floyd were to fight the current Canelo, at what weight should the fight be? Floyd walks at 150 so 160 is out of question.

Can the current Canelo beat a 36 or37 or 38 year Floyd at 160? I highly doubt it.

No one else noticed the following? Ever since Bread started receiving letters regarding any of the accusations Wilder made towards Breland, he always claimed neutrality, and he did it here too. that's cool, his opinion is his opinion. I do find it interesting this time though that it seems he slid some extra opinion in on the topic, but did so in his answer to the next question which was about Daniel Dubois and fighters who fire trainers after KO losses, doing so, Bread says, on account of a subconscious (surely plenty do so consciously too) need to blame someone for the KO loss. Coincidence...or CONSPIRACY!!!

on a sidenote: Man, I like Canelo. I am a pretty big fan, honestly. I also am a fan of boxing too though, not JUST Canelo. (I hear tales that there exist, somewhere out there, OTHER guys who put gloves on and give entertaining fights too! Were you aware?) But it is almost painful to read threads regarding Canelo anywhere on this board, and the weird part is that it isn't on account of the people who dislike him.

You want to know the reason why Floyd didn’t fight Canelo again? Because he knows Canelo TRIED to box him. Canelo looked better against Floyd rounds 8+ because he started to apply pressure that he should’ve done from the get go, not chess match trading with a faster Welterweight.

With all that being said, Canelo is now an upper echelon counterpuncher, different than Floyd’s Midwest counter punching style. This current version of Canelo knows better precision WHERE to hit and to take a punch to give one. That’s why Floyd never wanted a rematch above 152. Canelo is too strong. In round 2 or 3, Floyd and Canelo were tangled and Canelo threw a close range shot that had Floyd foot tangled for a second off his feet it looked funny. That’s a 152 power Canelo at close range and a different counter puncher.

You asked a good guy question about weight. But if Duran went up to 168 to fight bigger guys I really don’t care for black fight fans making up excuses about unfair weights.

Breadman is probably gay tbh, and for all I know he’s the same poster Fap Fap Boom. I’m trying to like him and he seems like a nice guy, but he’s LDBC and was part of their shows, so they all think a like. Jose Nápoles went up to fight Carlos freaking Monzon and Duran went and fought Hagler, Barkley, Joppy. Shet even Vinny Paz went up and fought RJJ.

In ain’t got time for Canelo hate theory to convince others about a 152 fight with Floyd.

No version of Canelo beats Floyd. Floyd is Canelo's daddy.

Floyd whooped Nelo so bad it turned him into a bruvva. does Canelo fight like a Mexican to you?

Floyd didn’t whoop. Like Ronnie Shields said, Castillo beat Floyd. That’s why Floyd begged Marquez and Canelo for catchweights. JCC was the bruvva boogie man!

Belts have nothing to do with it. If plant is trash for a champion as you say, then what does that make Callum smith who has less boxing skills than plant? Or Liam smith? Or Rocky fielding? Or this Yidilgrim guy? They all have less skills than plant. Plant actually has better movement, faster hands, a better jab than all of them. So if plant is trash and canelo wants to fight him and faced guys with less skills than him, then I guess you’re saying that canelo has been targeting mostly trash fighters , right??
Callum smith would whoop plants ass and the rest of those fighters are right there with him in terms of it being 50/50... so like I keep saying plant is trash, wait till he steps up and we’ll see

Nah. Even your master Breadman said GGG didn’t rise to the ocassion against Canelo.
