Holyfield had headbutted him about 6,000,000 times! I think the bite was justified, well maybe not justified!

At least the bite was provoked...and the man was his own size and age...and they were in the middle of a consensual fight

I’m going to go with punching the old man. It takes a lot of balls to bite off someone’s ear on live television

          McGregor definitely.

I mean Tyson took a cheap shot biting Holyfield, but that's still Holyfield and not some old drunk guy at a bar.

The bite was as dirty a move as I have ever seen in a boxing match. It was, however, a fight between two professional fighters. McGregor slugging a guy in a bar was bush-league, and as you've posited, cowardly.

Tyson reacted to being repeatedly fouled by Evander but he went too far, Conor punched an old man for no reason.

Honestly didn't think biting was much worse than the series of headbutts Holyfield came with.

Holyfield is tough enough to defend himself or fight back. Punching a random old man is worse.
