I don't understand why this fight hasn't been made. Some people are saying that Golovkin doesn't want it. Maybe but on the other hand none of the top Middleweights seem to want this fight. Apparently Murata has a big following in Japan so it seems there is money to be made. But nothing happens..

What work has Golovkin did? His entire career he squeaked out a decision against Danny Jacobs, drew with Canelo twice, and got a gift against Dervenchenko. What work are you talking about? Yeah I would be OK with that match up probably more so than the Munguia fight honestly GGG destroys Both because neither move their head. Fun stylistic match ups though!

Murata? Yeah, I think that's a very fair representation of him. Being 'game and solid' is not exactly a glowing description lol. He's a good fighter. Probably a good matchup for GGG as well though. Would be a fun event fight.

Tell the truth, if any upper echelon fighter other than ggg were to fight Murata, your description of Murata wouldn't be anywhere near that high.

I will say Murata is obviously a better fighter than Yildrim.
