Austin Trout sucks but Murata is a good opponent? Those aren't facts.

Context is important. You take any criticism of your lover personally. Some people just call it like they see it.

Yildrim is a fine fight considering the circumstances. Murata in Japan would be too. Trout doesn't suck but it was open scoring and all Canelo needs is to go 12 rounds and be fairly competitive to win. That should be pointed out. If that hurts your feelings, oh well.

I don't have time to bicker with fangirls. Stay being a fangirl and I'll stick to being a boxing fan.

here we go another guy who obviously hasn't seen the the Ndam fight and judges everything from boxingrec

if you had seen the Ndam fight, which you havent, you would know it was one of the worst robberies in the last decade
and to prove it again, murata wiped the floor with Ndam in the rematch

If you had GGG beating Canelo in 1st fight then you mustve had Dervenchenko beating GGG also. Otherwise youre a **** rider

GGG needs to nut up...goddamn prima donna
I wouldn't consider David Lemieux or Willie Monroe a bum. The others were tune-ups and the close fights with Canelo look better and better with time.

I'm not saying that GGG has fought a murderer's row but not every guy on his resume is a bum.

As a purist, I agree that Demetrius Andrade would represent a more competitive unification fight for GGG.

As someone who understands the business aspect of it, I understand why GGG would face Murata instead. I know it sucks for Andrade but guys like GGG have the option of going to get that Japan money while delaying what could potentially be a stylistic nightmare.

If I was Andrade, I would actually campaign hard to defend against Jaime Munguia. Munguia is the #1 contender for the WBO at 160 and he also fights on DAZN. That would be a big fight that would raise his profile. It would also eliminate a potential GGG opponent if he's looking to paint Golovkin into a corner.

Monroe and Lemiuex are hardly fringe contenders...they add nothing in terms of HOF votes

The Lemiuex fight was a unification fight and Lemiuex was riding high at that time.

I agree that Monroe is a fringe contender
