No. The win would be discredited somehow.

A win on GGG when GGG was the boogeyman @ 160 Floyd absolutely would be praised, but the reality is that's like asking Floyd to take a risk.
      Basically this......

It wasn't until Floyd's ppv numbers looked real shabby after Marco's Madonna 2 that he did what he could have done in 2009. Stop bs'ing and make the fight happen. Somebody was have lit a fire in Floyd's azz because he was stalking Manny at bball games, showing up to the family picnic, etc.
He did not agree he wanted cut off dates he wanted to be told when they were coming etc thats something you cannot do with random testing dont say he agreed thats total BS.

Man you are so twisted and biased its incredible it just boggles my mind.

Floyd was not the first to want extra PED testing Mike Tyson demanded Holyfield take it, and like a boss Holyfield said no problems only the result is not to be revealed until after the fight, thats a cool thing to do, these guys are paid mega millions for these fights in a drug fueled world and it was the biggest fight in history to ask for extra PED testing is absolutely a fair ask in my view they both got to do it not just one, I was shocked when Manny refused it was just a formality and yet he refused, this is what stopped the fight from happening and how the hell was Floyd to know Manny would refuse.

And what was Mannys WW resume looking like by comparison I will debate anyone here on their respective resumes fight for fight but none of Manny crowd want to do that, they just make off the cuff comments which is the kettle calling the pot black and it always boils down to my tonka truck is better than yours mentality.

If you guys weren't so biased and applied your beliefs to everyone equally it would be a much better place.

Why repeat your same BS , I just said he changed it and did not agree to what was wanted full random testing, and your answer is repeat your self a lie.

When the fight was made Manny agreed to full random testing thats why it happened.

Did Manny agree to full random blood and Urine testing no cut off dates in 2009 ? answer it .

Didn't Floyd gas up the SS Mayweather and visit Manny in the Phillipines to make the fight? I think I read that somewhere.

How can he agree when he changed it all dont be such fkn re-tard.

The mega-fight between Floyd Mayweather and Manny Pacquiao is now in jeopardy after Golden Boy Promotions, on behalf of Mayweather Promotions, learned today that Manny Pacquiao is refusing to comply with Olympic style drug testing as outlined and mandated by the United States Anti Doping Agency (USADA) and as requested by Mayweather's management to ensure fair play and sportsmanship by both fighters.

Report: Manny Pacquiao Agrees to Floyd Mayweather Jr.’s Drug-Testing Demands
                      by
A little blood work derailed the highly anticipated bout between Manny Pacquiao and Floyd Mayweather Jr. this past Spring, as Pacquiao refused to submit to Floyd’s drug-testing demands.

But according to boxingscene.com, WBO welterweight champion Pacquiao has agreed to Mayweather’s drug-testing demands.

“I’m very much willing and excited to train for that fight,” Pacquiao (51-3-2, 38 KOs) said from Manila, Philippines. “Floyd has no reason to refuse to fight any more because I have agreed to the 14-day limit within which they can draw blood from me.”

Pacman has gone on record saying he feels psychologically weakened by blood work, and also feels that it interferes with both his training and performance on fight night.

Mayweather’s corner insisted on a 14-day cutoff for testing while Team Pacquiao previously refused to allow any testing done within 24 days of the fight. However, now that Pacquiao has reportedly agreed to the 14-day cutoff, it’s up to Mayweather (41-0, 25 KOs) to go forward with the fight
