I'm with almost everyone else here... if it comes down to a choice beteen the two fights Taylor vs Ramirez is going on the bigger screen with the sound on. Be ready to switch though if Canelo vs Saunders starts to look more interesting than I think it will.

Either Arum stacks the Ramirez-Taylor card or he moves it and I don't know who he would stack his card with. Also I think Taylor's the one coming in here at the disadvantage, Ramirez had a tough but rust shaking 12 round fight with Postol but Taylor only got what, less then 2 minutes of work? Not enough to shake the rust.

Both fights are available on monthly internet subs with replay on demand. There is no direct competition for ratings/PPV sales like with the live TV only days. Ramirez/Taylor will overshadow the DAZN card because it is a better match up and it will be on ESPN and internet.

There's levels to everything.

And nothing is gonna impact nothing. Bob would HAVE TO BE a r3tard to put Taylor vs JCR head to head up against Canelo vs BJS. And say what you will about Bob he's not a r3tard. These fights will at absolute worst be scheduled to start & end in unison with the other fight. No one is stepping on anyone else. People will flip channels or go to a different app & watch one fight & then the other. Few make decisions on what to watch or not watch on undercard fights so while the cards may be entangled the main events won't be.
That said I suspect, as previously mentioned, that Bob will either put the fight on May 7 to get all eyes on his show the night before Canelo or he puts it on earlier in the day to take advantage of the UK audience & give UK fans a full day of US events with UK fighters back to back.
