Where Steele blew it was TBE TUE 51-0 vs Judah when uncle Roger jumps into the ring to fight with Steele while trying to get to Judah.

Sparked a ring riot that is a DQ in every jurisdiction not MGM Floydy.

    Thanks fer the reminder!
Yep. When your trainer jumps in the ring it’s a DQ automatically. The thing is, he jumped in the ring to go after his fighters opponent. And then there is the Tyson/ruddock first fight. Steele been on the payroll.

The point is people wanted Taylor to continue. What’s the reach? I’m saying Chavez could have easily decked him the same way Mosley did Mayorga. The ref made the right call in stopping the fight after Taylor could not answer the question he was asked twice.

And on top of that, Mayorga wasn't winning a completely clear, wide, unanimous decision.

I watched it live and saw a sweet philly fighter unable to hurt or slow Chavez down.

          Big controversy on ABC?

Don King holding two little flags. US & Mexico.

Taylor had swallowed a lot of his own blood.

It was a horrible beating he took, while winning round after round.

We would never know. Either Taylor would had stood up for those 4 seconds or Chavez would had cemented the victory with no controversy.

I have seen fighters out of it and make it. The makes an epic fight.

All I’m saying is the possibility was there just like the Mosley fight proved. For over twenty years people said it was impossible to land a single punch with that much time left.

Taylor was being held up by the ropes and couldn't tell the ref that he was ok to go.
Doesn't matter how much time is left, if the fighter looks done then he HAS to stop it.
                Great stoppage IMO.
I agree now that i have watched it a few times. There are fights within fights. Taylor was winning the fight, but it was alittle closer than people let on. Taylor was fighting in spurts and throwing the flashier stuff. Chavez started working him the last 4 ofr 5 rounds. Chavez was landing hard shots that were accumulating damage slowly but surely.

It is possible. Almost anything is possible in boxing, it is the theater of the unknown.
