Floyd started at 130 though, and even at 130 and 135 he was still fighting guys bigger than him. This era is full of undersized fighters in certain weight classes or oversized in others.

Hell Josh Taylor and Jose Ramirez both have the dinensions to fight at 154, hell they both are obviously sucking down greatly to make 140.

Isn't it common fact that most boxers are fighting in a division lower then they actually should be fighting in? You only have to make weight once and there's so many more tricks and ways to cut weight nowadays then even 20 years ago.
