Comments Thread For: Caleb Plant: I'm The Big Dog at 168 - I'm Not Chasing Nobody!

By Lyle Fitzsimmons - Some people believe Caleb Plant is the real deal. Others not so much. But it doesn't much matter to the Tennessee-born super middleweight either way. Right.....

So is Caleb Plant the Devin Haney of 168 now? Delusions of grandeur from these 2.

Imagine an MLB champion team telling the world they are the best football club in the world because they “proved it”

"I'm the big dog but I'm not trying to fight anybody" These are the types of "young and hungry" clowns Canelo haters have enabled and propped up.

Uzcategui is still the best name on Plant's resume, this is probably why Canelo wants to unify the SMW division, à la Crawford

Caleb Plant is in the right path. He has to beat Truax convincingly and move on to next. If Canelo is'nt available, he has to fight formidable foe next like David Benavidez or Daniel Jacob...

You seem the pattern when a PBC fighter has a belt. Showcase after showcase fight, turn down big money offer from others that wants to unified. Claim they are the big man of the division. Then fight scrubs for less money in their very next fights. And hold the division to ransom up to the point where you cannot unify it as part of the undisputed championship. Rinse and repeat

Hopefully Plant's plan is not to hide behind his title indefinitely
