Why would he come out and say anything? He isn’t fighting for another boxer’s corner. He is getting paid his own minimum. He loses his promoter money currently... So why would he put a number on his opponent? This is business, you cannot continue operating at a loss.

Nah, am saying it takes two to tango in a mandatory fight. Both sides have a say, invest in your boxer. Especially if the other side doesn’t want to invest in theirs.
