I think Porter went into that fight with a bit of hype he doesn't have right now.

Average ppv buys could prove me wrong and I admit I don't have those numbers in front of me, but it feels like Spence is way more hype than Crawford is.

No he did not. Everybody was saying Spence would be the first to stop Porter. Porter came out better than he went in & it was a split decision and some even thought Porter won. Go back and read the fight thread

Bob Arum is trying to bait Haymon into bidding low at the purse bid so he can get Porter for cheap. Lord knows Arum cant let Crawford fight outside of ESPN. He trying to pretend that hes gonna let Haymon win the purse bid purposely and let Haymon host the fight, but he really just want Haymon to bid low so he can win the purse bid for cheap.
