Comments Thread For: Trainer: Trevor Bryan Is Fighting Somebody On Jan. 29th, Charr If He Wants It

After waiting more than two years for his next fight, the last thing that Trevor Bryan and his team want to hear about is yet another delay. The unbeaten heavyweight remains convinced that his next fight will in fact take place Jan. 29th, officially in a World Boxing Association (WBA) title consolidation clash with Germany's Manuel Charr. The status of that fight has remained in doubt from the moment it was first ordered and even after it was formally announced by promoter Don King, who plans to stage the event on an independent Pay-Per-View telecast.

Can't the venue just publicly confirm if it is booked or not? If this event happens I'm guessing it'll be Bryan vs Stiverne

I have been saying this for over a year. Why doesn’t king have in house fights like he used to? Bryan could have fought Molina & Stiverne by now. He also could have fought DeMori before he parted with Don King. He already had Bryan fight Flores who was always in good terms with King even after parting ways. One of the few I might add.

Bryan-Charr will be the best WBA reg fight since Ruslan was active.

Can't imagine Charr will be fighting on the 29th if his visa issues haven't been resolved as of now.

Looks like it'll be Bryan-Stiverne, if this show goes ahead.
