Though that is based on a tweet from a UK journalist who claimed in excess of 46m quid.

An alternative source estimated it as GBP 60m (around USD 81m at current exchange rates). Link to the Guardian article that claimed it.

In June 2020, another Forbes article estimated $57m for Fury, $47m for Joshua and $6.5m for Wilder. Here's the link

But really, who cares all that much? It's their money, not mine. I'm not getting paid it, nor are you. Everyone can agree: it's an awful lot of money no matter how much exactly.
if the purses aren't recorded and it reported to an athletic commission or governing body DONT believe it. If AJ made soo much money why is he giving fury 50/50? Acting like AJ last name was Besos was just propaganda to lowball wilder

you're a delusional radical nationalist. AJ turned down $50M 50/50 split long before wilder turned down the bogus DAZN deal. Get your tongue out of AJs four point contact sweetheart

Is that the Wilder offer of $50m AJ agreed to, asked them to send proof of funds which never materialised????

If it’s one thing we have learned, we can’t believe what comes out of Wilders mouth!

Ring walking outfit, tampered gloves, spiked water, double agent coach etc etc

This has been brought up so many times and has already been put to bed with facts. Both AJ and Hearn are on record admitting it was a legit offer they turned down. AJ saying he's turning down the offer because he owes it to his fans to have the Wilder fight in the UK. Hearn on record confirming AJ turning down the offer. It wasn't until the negative press that followed, caused Hearn to panic and start saying the offer wasn't real. Those statements were swiftly rebuked as multiple sources confirmed seeing the actual offer which included, showtime, ppv, internet streaming in both America, and overseas with BTK. It was later revealed that Hearn had negotiated a DAZN deal which was not known yet, and showtime would not allow DAZN to handle the internet streaming in America. The offer also included details of a rematch. Per reports, the only thing missing from the offer was the venue and fight date.

This is all on record, and I really wish some fans would just move on and stop twisting what really happened.

As far as I know I would love to watch this fight.

I have never watched 2 corrupt belts fighting.

So why did Wilder just admit he turned down a high offer in favour of fighting Fury??

                Came out of his mouth!

Klitschko kept the belts intact and fulfilled all his mandatories for years.

It says a lot about Joshua and his team that they can't.

Post a link of Hearn sending arum proof of funds for fury v AJ. AJ never accepted the offer he asked for that's why the fight didn't happen.
