Mediators don’t have the authority to force anything . They are there to try and bring both dis*****g party’s to an agreement.

A mediator can not force anything, that’s why they are called mediators. You know what can force Fury? A lawsuit, when you have the right contract then you don’t need to try and mediate, just straight out sue - Lennox Lewis did that with Rahman and got his rematch.

That’s not going to work here . Lewis had a 150 day stipulation in his contract that Rahman had to fight him within that time .

There is something called reasonable time for a contract to still be valid and an expired contract is not going to go forward here when team Wilder made the stipulation on the deadline that Fury had to commit to which is long gone .

He would still have a long wait . Chances are he would still have to fight a final elimination bout ,by their rules the winner of Povetkin and Whyte is still the mandatory.

I know, hence why they aren’t suing. You should see the sarcasm in my post that you replied to.... If they think or know that they have a case, they wouldn’t be prepared to mediate. They would sue..... They know they don’t have one.

With the pandemic extensions to the deadline would seem to be reasonable.

Again do not be shocked by anything that the WBC do. They have no rules, that’s their rules. Their committee can decide at anytime who their mandatory is.

They made Fury the mandatory for the rematch when he told them to F off, they have done things in the past that doesn’t make any sense.

So again do not be shocked by this corrupt organisation.

Attention Tyson Fury Fans!!! You claim Fury beat Wilder fairly, most of you, if not all of you claim he would stop him even easier in the third fight simply because he can't box.. Then Fury goes on record to tell you AJ is a easier fight than Wilder... Now all of a sudden Furys not going to fight Wilder again? WTF!!! Why not get that easy money? Lol.. We know why!! We all know Fury cheated.. Which is why we all wanted to see the Trilogy.. Thank you for cheating Fury.. This pain has made Wilder evolve into a complete Monster! The greatest heavyweight fighter of all time! I feel sorry for all who face Wilder! They shall all pay!! The best fight of 2021 will be (wbc) Wilder vs (wbo) Joyce! I got my money on Wilder!!!

That was already put in play . A force Majeure is what it falls under and has no standing to have team Fury liable for a pandemic in this situation since it was Wilder stating he was injured and not ready to fight . The sport of boxing did not stop ,what caused the delay initially was Wilder . The COVID situation could maybe have been something used but team Wilder remained silent for months with no evidence of showing talks of any ongoing negotiations. The contract was well expired already and extended to October .

How do you know the contract was expired? Have you seen it, was a date or time limit specified?
