Garcia had nothing to prove at 140 when Haymon gave his whole roster the PBC plan. Haymon promised Swift Garcia and the rest premium purse fights on mainstream television. Swift wasn’t going to wait around for guys coming up from 135 or wait for Postol who almost got dropped by some Turkish bum in the first round NOR wait for Indongos or Burns... why would Haymon wait for Too Rank fighters back then when it’s apparent how he operates now?
