Smith could move up to LHW tomorrow and he'd still be one of the biggest guys there

Bossnelo has beaten 2 LHWs in a row

it's inspiring to see a midget calmly beating the crap outta guys who are way bigger than he is

Nobody else is doing this, except the P4P #1

Look at Scott Quigg. If your biggest strength is that you're bigger & stronger than the other guys in your division then moving up isn't a great idea.
If Callum is truly killing himself to make 168 then its better he step up than risk damage. There are a lot of great domestic fights out there at 175 with Buatsi, Yarde, Arthur, etc but I doubt he'll ever get back to W/C status.
If he can carry on making 168 safely then he should. The opportunities look much better because it is full of relatively small guys fighting there because either they won't train hard (BJS) or because they want to entice Canelo (Andrade, Charlo, Eubank).

Incredible how Smith has transitioned from over-hype to utter mediocrity in such a short time span.

You're only as good as your last match

that's an unwritten rule for many boxing fans

He benefited from a WBSS tournament that all of the top guys weren't involved in. He was ranked #8 in the division when it started (four of the eight fighers were unranked) so he won the tournament and suddenly he's #1
