If they make the fight next then it does great numbers since it’s a fight that is a toss up. If they marinate this fight it loses its luster.

Tank to me is too protected and he will never fight anybody that could give him issues. Mayweather is trying to make a profit off of him by touting him as some PPV star. If Davis didn’t fight a Mexican then he would of sold 50k PPV the most. If the $$ is right ,would be the only way he fights Garcia and these days these fighters want 8 figures for a step up fight smh.

Oldskool it’s not a black or white thing at all. Mexican fan bases have always support their fighters and they buy PPV’s. Let’s say if Tank fights Gary Russell on PPV how many PPV’s does it sell??

Also PPV’s numbers are so inflated and just made up at this point for us boxing fans to believe so so is a PPV star. Never a black/white thing it’s just if your not Mexican you aren’t selling PPV’s. You can be black,purple,yellow,green,pink,brown and you still won’t get the love and support

Let’s see if Oscar and Floyd will engage in a high speed game of chicken with their young flag ship fighters. This fight is huge.

Black American vs Mexican American, Oscar vs Floyd, PBC vs GB. Showtime vs Dazn. Boxing Superstar vs Internet Phenom. DMV Hip Hop affiliated gangster vs California pretty boy. This may be the biggest fight in boxing beyond Fury Wilder lll.

lol the funny part will be if after all the hype Ryan's been spewing to get this fight, he get's flattened by Tank. I mean, it can certainly happen. It's really a 40/60, maybe 30/70 type of fight in favor of Tank IMO.

My concern now is that maybe Ryan's power at the elite level isn't as shocking as it is against the cab drivers. Do you honestly think he's going to 1 punch KO Tank? Have we seen Tank hurt? That's facts! Funny thing is I believe GRJ and Chris Colbert give Tank a tougher fight @ 130, than Ryan Garcia @ 135! However, I know Floyd knows what you know, that Mexican fan base will show up! Pretty Boy Ryan is a much safer choice than Issac Cruz Gonzalez! I don't think anyone is in a rush to see him!
