They seen Floyd do it and make it work.

So now they all want to follow the same blueprint.

Duck all the top competitor in their prime for if they lose, their stock won’t last as long.

    Floyd ducked prime Manny.

I don't understand the argument. Most divisions the best are fighting the best. I'm sick of this myth about boxing. This year off the top of my head we will get Fury v AJ, Berchelt v Valdez, Taylor v Ramirez.

The only divisions where the best aren't regularly fighting the best are Light Heavy, Middleweight and Welterweight.

And it's mostly PBC business holding up those divisions really whilst everyone at Middleweight is holding on to avoid losing the Canelo payday.

People may say Lightweight but other than Loma all these guys have only just broken out and we should see some fights over the next few years.

        This is 100% correct.

Lomo and Stank both ducked Berchelt. Valdez is going to get murdered. Valdez is a bum.

And I'll believe Taylor vs Ramirez is happening when they are in the ring.

            Spence vs Crawford
Pac vs Mayweather 5yrs to late
            Mikey Garcia vs Loma
            Joshua vs wilder

To much ego and politics the best fights rarely happen these days

It would make no sense Career / Health wise For anyone invested in a fighter to have a fighter reach top level and just have them run the gauntlet fighting nothing but killers every fight out until they became shot

A lot of it is boxing has terrible fans look at Loma for example. Loses a close fight trying to chase legacy fans tear him apart . Danny fans tear him apart , anyone who loses gets torn apart , kicked to the wayside called exposed a bum/Gatekeeper etc. All the greats back in the day lost yet we view them in high regard now . Current fighters don't get that treatment.
