Why you double the points on the standard game doe?
Im thinking if we're multiplying each result by fractional multipliers from the odds we're more likely to end up with an integer with a multiple of 20 rather than 10. like e.g say the odds are 1.75 x 30 would be 52.5 but by 60 would be 105

Okay we're looking like option 1 is a definite frontrunner... TBH it's probably easiest for me too although I was quietly pleased with myself for devising a workable formula which I could - I think - have translated onto a spreadsheet. Not often I get to dust off my secondary school maths from like 2 million years ago.. sat there scratching my head with pencil and paper..

We'll still have to do some rounding with like the 1.33 and 1.66 type odds but it just reduces the frquency... IDK just instinctively seemed like the easiest solution.

Okay gents where we at? I've only had responses from about half the prospective players...

Can we get some opinions from BobLoblaw kushking pepzz & JMO925?

Looking very strongly like we'll go for 40/20/20 and the fights and multipliers outlined above, but it's your thread Kush... what are your thoughts?

If we all cool with this, I gonna start a new thread in the Fantasy Betting Forum... Be a case of just running the thing all on one thread - Just gonna put up basic rules and fight dates and it's gonna be on you to make sure you get your picks in and keep up.

I'm thinking Whyte vs Povetkin II also should be in...

We should probably have some rule where we can vote to add new fights in the event of a cancellation within a set time as long as maybe we got a 2/3 majority or something.

I like the idea of majority vote (over 50%). So if there are 12 players, 6 votes wouldn't be enough, but 7 votes would be.

We could have a list of backup fights to vote on in case something bad happens. Priority goes to the highest ranking fights.

Title fight gets canceled, we vote to replace it with a top 20 fight. Top 20 fight gets canceled, we vote to replace it with a top 50 fight.
