Real talk though, Lomachenko is the most overhyped fighter I've ever seen

[QUOTE=TheBoxGod;20996973Yes lomachenko looked great against some champions and looked horrible against others and lost twice, that is a solid resume of a solid champion and thats what lomachenko is.. a solid champion.
Problem enters when fans of the opposite spectrum starts to argue and express their opinions more so to offend the others rather than speak the truth. Loma fans will say he is great but he isnt a great, he is a solid champion. Loma haters will say how he is trash but he isnt trash, he is a solid champion.[/QUOTE]
Loma looked horrible against an opponent?Comment

I think his defense was overhyped. all that matrix talk and he's always eating leather. Canelo has better defense.. but other than that I'd say he proved his hype by walking through GRJ, Rigo and Walters. those 3 wins to me means he's not "hype" just my opinion. and yes losing to a green 23 yr old is a bad look but it was more so him not doing sht for half the fight. when he did let loose he dominated. but he's still a threat to anyone.Comment

You don't surprise me about what you say about Lomachenko and Campbell, as you've been writing some strange stuff for a while. Lomachenko won EVERY Round against Campbell and knocked him down in the 11th which he was lucky to survive.Honestly from day one I remember when this guy turned pro and his fanboys were saying how he's a different breed and would never lose.
Supposedly his boxing was just on a different level and there was nobody who could crack the code
Then after feasting on old midgets, he fights luke Campbell and struggles and people say "oh the side though..."
As if Canelo just didn't go up to 175 and knock Kovalev spark out, or go 168 and brutalize Liam Smith 12-0
And sorry but both of those guys are a hell of a lot better than luke Campbell.
Then he goes and fights scared vs teo, and I'm just being honest here I don't even see teo as some phenominal fighter I just think he's a decent world champ level.
It just says it all about loma he was never that good and needed size advantage to look like a "genius" against little fellers
Every fighter doesn't have to be KOd to lose by a wide margin.
Also, Salido is about the same size, rehydrates at a much higher eight, say about 15 lbs, e and has a longer reach than Lomachenko. Do you write these things in your sleep??
So what's going on in your mind to write a post like that....Sorry, no, don't tell me. I don't want to know.Comment

joe rogan and brandon schaub or whatever his name is overhype white boxers a lot from my observation...loma was seen as the next great white hope so i think they tried to sell it for as long as the could, it's the usual politics in boxing imoComment

He did lots of good fighting with lots of good wins in a very short time. Maybe you never thought much of him but lots of other smart boxing people thought he was very good. He also has by far the best amateur record in history if that counts for anything. He was a big featherweight fighting at 135 and lost to a big strong young lightweight who might be a future great fighter. Most viewers thought the fight was about an 8 round to 4 round type win for Lopez so not that one sided of fight. If he is as vastly overrated as you say he is let's see how he does in his next fight. Most respected p4p lists still have Loma in the top 10 best just no longer 1st, 2nd, or 3rd.Comment

He is a pretty good boxer, but not in the same level as Pacquiao and Mayweather. He is very beatable if you put him against guys that are bigger than him. I think his best weight was at 126 and 130. He looks like he doesn't belong at 135. Ryan Garcia has a very good chance at beating him.Comment
