It doesn’t matter what “Canelo or Ryan” do. Did Canelo and Ryan create Nevada and Texas rules? The problem misinterpreted is fans understand what’s allowed in what Texas or Nevada do? Is every Valdez, Frank Sanchez, Martinez, or Ruiz Jr. have controversy for them having applied tape first in Vegas or Texas fights? Like I said, there’s video online, even PAC’s own preference, tape first, and even Maidana tape first against Floyd... all same as Canelo, so:

REALISTICALLY, Abel would’ve been seen screaming the moment tape was applied first. If we pay attention, Abel contradicts himself. The commissioner allowed Reynoso to put 6 inches folded on top of the knuckles before the tape. It’s not a big deal. Would you like tape over you knuckles when making a tight fist? Then Abel says, “that’s stacking.” The boxing industry shut that down that Abel lost his cool.
