IDK about that? Haney put himself in position to fight Lomachenko, then the WBC gave Loma the "Franchise," so he didn't have to face Haney! Can we really blame Haney for that?

Definitely not going to happen, Haney is too smart and more difficult. He would end up fighting Tank who is the easier option but still a great challenge. Haney would have to fight his other mandatory.
