    It's not that simple.
Few of the reasons: styles make fights, nobody is unbeatable...

Yeah, he's young and he just proved a lot of people wrong, I don't agree with every word he says but the confidence is a great thing and he more than earned it. Fighters got time to be humble when they retire

I was on record stating that Lomo was over rated since he lost the 1st time. Networks and all the dishonest boxing analysts (Andre Ward, Bradley, Max Kellerman, and others) and all the corrupt people in the inner boxing circles have a tendency to over hype guys at specific times for their benefit. I still don’t get why ESPN has Lomo so high on the P4P list at “14-2” SMDH, GTFOH, Lopez exposed him!!!

Best 14-2 (10 KOs) fighter of all time! LMAO!

Salido already showed he was unbeatable, but somehow that got overlooked? He was still ranked P4P #1 w/ a 14-1 professional record!

Any opponent who won’t engage because he’s felt your power has effectively had his heart snatched.

              Prove me wrong.

Again rewatch the fight Loma brought it to Lopez from rounds 6-12, when Loma actually started to open up Lopez looked lost.

I’m no Loma fan but cmon maaaaaannn! Hype? He’s beaten a current 5 year world champion, by his 7th fight became a 2 weight class champion, made a 2 weight class world champion quit on his stool, won his 3rd weight class title by his 12th fight, won another title in his 13th fight, won another title by his 15th fight.

                  16 total fights
                  Combined OPPONENT record
                  446-39.

Care to know what Haney’s combined opponent record is as comparison?

                  25 total fights
                  1 made up fake title
                  Combined opponent record
                  324-158

                  Who is the hyped fighter?

I like this reasoning that seems to get made over and over again. He masterfully handled the pressure as if it truly wasn’t a thing. Folks seem to think rolling with punches is somehow a boxer that’s lost. Loma was completely neutered the entire fight. It was not a close fight.

True indeed! Hopefully this "go get a belt first" tactic is finished? Teo shows why some of these young guys deserve shots, especially the ones who call for the fights! I hope we get Crawford vs. Vergil Ortiz Jr. in 2021! Seems TR does not want WBO #1 Shawn Porter, so WBO #2 Vergil Ortiz Jr. should get a shot, and he actually has been calling for it even before the Kell Brook fight!
