Ioka has an argument that he’s Japan’s greatest ever boxer alongside Harada and possibly Inoue if he continues to have success.Comment

Thought the ref jumped in a little too quick, Tanaka was badly hurt but I think he at least deserved the opportunity to go down, take a count and attempt to recover.
That said, it was a very impressive display from Ioka. I've never seen one of his fights in full before now but he's clearly an excellent operator. I hope he gets those fights with those big names on the other side of the Pacific, he'd be a live dog against any of them I think.Comment

Good fight, pic quality being what it was but still I thought Takana aggression was going to take him to the win, nice to be wrong during a fight. Makes it interesting. I dont know if I just run into these lighter weight class fighters at the right time or what but they sure do have a lot of good match ups I keep running into. Did not feel cheated or let down after it was over.Comment

same result im afraid. Tanaka doesnt have the defence or the chin to beat Ioka, who just has his number. he needs to improve his defence if he wants to get a world title in his 4th weight divsion.
now corey, trevor. smokes. lets go.Comment
