One of the problems besides it's dangerous is Nevada is out of step with almost all the other states who view it as an unnecessary danger to the opponent. New York is one if those states. When Canelo had his hands wrapped in NY the Fielding camp objected and the officials forced them to rewrap. Incredibly Reynoso did it again and had to rewrap Canelo's hands a second time. He knew full well that stacking is not allowed in NY because of the prior blowup over hand wrapping triggered by Sanchez. That controversey was all over the press along with the information that NY did not allow this. They knew it was illegal but chose to ignore it.
