I don't know about you guys but to me it's getting old that only Canelo has to challenge himself...while all these other fighters can just sit around taking stay busy fights, waiting for the lottery ticket.

What a fan wants and what's best for a fighters career aren't necessarily the same thing. Fighting Benavidez with no belt to gain could be very detrimental to his career.

Exactly and anything decent is being shoved down our throats at $90 a pop. Dazn is still pumping out some "good" cards in the lower weight divisions but yea,seems like were content on being fed crumbs now lol

Yeah and I honestly think its like a blessing and curse that fighters are making huge amounts now. For one its great these fighters are banking but now imo it leaves little money left for promoters/networks to put on top talent on the undercard since the majority of the revenue goes to the a-side marquee fighter.

Why would I want to buy that PPV? I can get Canelo-BJS for like $10 a month with DAZN, so I would have to pay $80 to see Plant-Benevidez?

Yeah, but even more people would buy if Plant vs Benavidez was on the undercard. And you'd be giving fans better value for money.

Plus it sets up perfectly for Plant and Benavidez to get more known.
That way when the winner fights Canelo people will be familiar with him.
