WoW! Spence: “I’ll Beat Gennadiy Golovkin... Yeah Man!”

I could go through each but i'm just going to keep it simple. How specifically did he change mid fight vs Porter?
GGG ended both Canelo fights very strongly, I would say that most would say those are great examples of changing your approach mid-fight. Whatever it was, it worked, no?
Great examples of style changes. Technical boxing when you can't KO a guy. And then saying walking down and slugging down are different things. Brilliant stuff.
Only one guy has been able to make GGG hold the center of the ring - Canelo in fight 2. GGG still outlanded him almost every round, including round 5, the only round where GGG was fighting off the back foot.
Spence had about as much trouble with Porter as GGG did with Derevy, so I don't really see the point in talking up either of those fights.
I guess if GGG couldn't put away a few of the guys on his list, you would say that he 'outboxed' them and 'changed his style' up huh.
Funny how when GGG fought Lemieux, he focused extensively on the jab and broke Lemieux down with that. That was all people could talk about after the Lemieux fight, how it was expected to be a slugfest and GGG beat him with the jab.

You don't dominate the way GGG has in his career without having a lot to your game.
I don't see any evidence to say Spence could hold up for 12 rounds. I don't think he would come to run, he would come to box/fight, and that would probably get him stopped. I don't think he can move even like Canelo or Jacobs did against GGG. That doesn't seem to be in his arsenal.
He would always have a puncher's chance though. Both to the body and the head. Anything is possible. GGG is pretty cautious when he needs to be though, so I don't think that is very likely at all.
GGG fights one way and one way only.
It's effective, he normally drowns every fighter he has ever fought with his relentless pressure, excellent jab, and incredible power... except Canelo.
But he fights one way and one way only.
Spence boxed textbook, boxed on the inside, counter punched, swung for the fences (slugging), and walked down a champion (pressure). All against top level opponents (minus Algieri).
He fights different ways. Period.
Therefore, he is much more well-rounded than GGG. Why? Because he can box in different ways when necessary. Hence "well-rounded".
Does it make him better? No. Not in and of itself, it does not make him "better".
Does it mean he can very much beat GGG? Yes. Yes it does because he has many different ways he can fight.
Canelo proved this. But Canelo is also the best active boxer in the world. He tried to beat GGG at his own game in the first match. Result? Draw. Then boxed GGG with his own strengths. Result? Win.
Subjectivity doesn't matter at this point. If GGG could change his approach, he would, he hasn't; he doesn't.

There is so much 'wrong' with your post that much of it doesn't even warrant a response. Everyone has a puncher's chance, but Spence is 2 weight classes below GGG. I don't know why anyone would get excited about his chances in that fight. It's a little silly.I could go through each but i'm just going to keep it simple.

You clearly mistake my position on this topic then.
Which tells me the 'wrong' is actually your bias and not anything else.Comment
