Seeing how Ruiz melted under the spotlight made me respect AJ a bit more because he has to cope with that pressure constantly. Ruiz didn't respect the situation that the victory put him in, and he completely pissed it away. Now that he's training alongside Cash Cow Canelo with Reynoso, I think he's going to learn how to cope with the spotlight and I expect a hungrier and more mature version of Ruiz next time out.
AJ better watch out. Ruiz got that 6-pack coming in

Why should AJ be worried?
It's actually a good fight for him as he can pocket 50m fighting Ruiz and not have to pay him as much as last time. For Ruiz it is good money as well, as he won't get as much elsewhere.
So overall it's win win for all parties.Comment

Just making room for more eating, that's all.
Now he can get back to eating the stuff that made him HW Champ and show up to the weigh in like we remember him

Some people and athletes cannot function at a low body fat percentage 'That is what I am stating, Ruiz Junior is probably one of those individuals'.
Body Builders are at their weakest during competition, weakest in strength and with their immune system 'This is well documented'.
Because I know the science, I can come in a thread like this 'And make those type of statements'.
If Ruiz Junior drops down to 230 pounds 'Anthony Joshua would push him over'.
I’m not talking about being 3% with veins popping out, what I’m saying is Andy is making his body work too hard, all of his systems, he will be borderline diabetic, high blood pressure etc etc
At 230 he still won’t be aesthetically in shape, but he will be healthy, faster, stronger ( assuming the diet comes along with a new discipline in the gym )
In my opinion I’m disgusted a pro athlete can’t eat properly or train consistently.
Being obese carry’s no benefits, only in the mind of superstitious boxing fans.Comment

Even 230 will be too low for him 'Inside a boxing ring'I’m not talking about being 3% with veins popping out, what I’m saying is Andy is making his body work too hard, all of his systems, he will be borderline diabetic, high blood pressure etc etc

That is just it? Andy Ruiz Junior when he fought Joshua both times 'Probably has a higher VO2 max than, most the people who question his health'.
Around 250 pounds is probably optimal for him.Comment

AJ looks like a chickensh1t already because of how he fought the rematch. If he insists on using an oversized ring against Andy that will make him seem even more scared. You know that’s not going to happen . Then you’ll claim AJ cheated when in fact it’s a champion who makes that decision and also the types of canvas ,there’s a fast and slow canvas , like the one team Klitschko tried to use against Fury however it was not in the contract so it was taking off at the last minute but it is not illegal.
How about just Andy proving and winning a boxing match and not needing a smaller ring to suit his style ? This is boxing right ?
It's not a good look for Joshua but if that's what he wants to do then it's on him.Comment

You have to look at someone’s genetics as well , most people probably haven’t even seen Ruiz mother . She’s severely overweight and so is a sibling of his so it’s genetic. I had a friend who had heavy set parents in high school. He was about 6”3 270 and when he lost even 20 pounds he was much weaker and couldn’t perform as well in football or weight lifting.Comment

Nah you just fail to acknowledge the sport of boxing , most of what you post is disinformation but it is what it is .
What size ring did Wilder use in the Ortiz rematch after almost getting pummeled to death in round 7 ? It’s on him doe . What a cheater . HaLast edited by REDEEMER; 12-25-2020, 09:12 PM.Comment

I don't know, what size ring was it?
Was it abnormally huge like Joshua's in Saudi Arabia?Comment
