Crawford is a speculative talent we all know he looks really good against 2nd tier opposition no one knows how he would do against top fighters tho. In any division he fought in. That’s a pure fact because we’ve never seen it. At 33 years old for us to have to still speculate is a huge red flag. He’s a 3 div world champ who has NEVER fought a consensus elite opponent never fought another HOF fighter I just don’t know why anyone can back his stance of only being willing to fight bums and or Spence or manny lol. This is similar to how I see it -- Crawford could be really good, but we are left guessing because he has not fought a single top tier opponent at WW. Maybe he will still be really good even against such opponents, maybe not, but we just don't know and it is frustrating as he doesn't seem in any hurry to fight anyone like that.

There isn't all that much pressure on him to do so, because he makes it on to P4P lists anyway.

I was hopeful that Brook might show us something -- I like Brook and he once was a very good fighter -- but to be honest, Brook should hang them up right now. He literally didn't know what had happened to him; punch resistance totally gone.

The Khan fight was a non-event. I was about to write "can't blame Crawford for that", but really you can , because he selected a non-competitive opponent.

If Porter happens, that's a worthwhile fight. Not sure it will happen.

at Texas Stadium which would do an easy 600K PPV's or more and be Spence's biggest payday ever. After Spence wins then he fights Bud if he signs with PBC after Oct 2021.

I don't believe Pac would go to Spence's home state any more than Spence would be willing to fight in the Philippines. Pac is probably leery about going to another fighter's base after the Horn fight.

While, they are both good prospects; However, they are still developing and a work in progress. If you rush them too quickly then you just might ruin them.

Shawn Porter is the #1 contender to Crawford's WBO belt. He should be pushing hard for them to order the mando already, its obvious that Bud doesn't really have anything big he's working on.

It would have to happen on ESPN, right? I think Crawford is tied to ESPN. Haymon would have to give the OK for Porter to fight on ESPN. I just don't see it happening. The money isn't big enough to do a split PPV like Fury/Wilder. Don't get me wrong, I'd love to see it.

I’m wondering the same thing. There’d probably be some dis*****g about which network would be getting the right to air the fight. This fight would answer some questions about Crawford and would be a good chance for him to one-up Spence by beating Porter in more impressive fashion.
