Teofimo hands down! I gave him the props for calling out Loma but predicted Loma would smoke him.
Boxers you talked sh.t about but changed your mind with one fight?

I agree but Hatton was not lineal champion when he fought Pacquiao. Floyd had already put his first L on his record but Pacquiao took him out with a devastating punchWhat boxers that you have watched from when you started watching boxing til now, you talked a lot of sh.t about but then they changed your mind with one fight and you respected them after that fight?
Three come to mind off the top of my head:
Sergio Martinez: I talked a ton of crap about this man and thought he was being way overhyped and pushed too much. He then knocked out Paul Williams in 2 rounds and I became a fan and stopped talk crap about him.
Manny Pacquiao: Manny Pacquiao did it twice actually, not just once. First he did it with Ricky Hatton at 140 when Hatton was the Lineal champ there. Then he did it recently as an old man vs Keith Thurman, a younger, undefeated top 10 WW. Although my crap talking had calmed down considerably going into the Thurman fight, that fight still left me thinking about how good Pacquiao really is as a fighter. Thurman's bad shoulder and time-off or not, Pacquiao is old and past prime. No excuse.
Teofimo Lopez: A trash talker with very little experience at the top level. Looked mediocre against Nakatani and became emo after the fight, tweeting about quitting boxing or something. Looked mentally weak. He then KO's Commey, big deal; who has Commey beaten? Calls out Lomachenko..a 2-time Olympic Gold medalist with a 396-1 amateur record and a 14-1 record which even the worst opponents were at least good gatekeepers/journeymen. In a fight where I predicted Lomachenko will win 12-0, or frustrate Lopez and his corner so badly that they will quit in the corner or throw in the towel. Instead Lopez won a fairly easy 8 rounds to 4 and now has Lomachenko scrambling for excuses and pointing fingers at everyone but himself.Comment

Fury vs Wilder 2
I honestly thought Fury wasnt taking the game seriously and was cashing out, wrong about that one wasn't iComment

Mikey Garcia....... he called out everyone from Pacquiao to Thurman to Cotto to Crawford and then he called out Spence. I bet a poster £50 he would find a way out of the fight. He took the fight, took his beating and cheered himself every round
I used to give Loma some flak until he beat rigodeaux and I became a fan but the way he let himself get beat by Teofimo has left a bitter taste in my mouth so I’m back to questioning just how good is he again. Every fight he was clear favourite yet he has been beating up twice. If you show him respect he will mesmerise you but if you take it to him and rough him up and you pack a punch he will squeal
Tyson Fury and Teofimo they have both earned my respectComment

Maybe Pac before the Margarito fight mostly because his fans talked so much trash and I felt he was good but not anything special but seeing the beating he gave Margarito despite the size difference and rearraging his face for life impressed me even more so in later interviews where manny said he spent 2 days in bed after in unbelievable pain just shows what a warrior he is
Lets be real if you saw a midget beat up a big mexican guy that bad outside a bar you would look on open mouthed lol plus him beating keef years from prime was seriously impressiveComment

I get what you are trying to say but disliking fighters because you dislike them as a person surely your perception may change because let’s be honest you don’t really know them and only see them through what the media shows you. In any case it’s boxing not a personality contest. Stop being a smart Alec and just answer the question. You have not predicted every fight correctly so there must have been a fighter(s) that have surprised you over the years. Come on open up you can tell me it will be between us(Sigh) time & time again I say it, boxing fans have some of the worst interpretation skills. You can't find 1 post of me on here an accurately say "this is him hating" but you decide to assume that's what I do.
Mainly The fighters I dislike, I dislike them as people & most of them I say nothing about unless someone brings them up to me.
When I see someone say "talking shìt" my mind instantly thinks disrespect & disrespectful things are being said. If I disrespect a fighter (which I rarely do) you deserve it. If I put something on your name, you've earned it whether favorable or unfavorable. Nothing you do in a fight is going to change my last two statements.
When you know your boxing you know no matter how good or how bad a fighters performance was, you cannot judge a fighter off 1 fight. Your whole opinion about them can't be based off what they did 1 night, 1 time.
& to be clear there's a difference between having a preconception about a fight or fighter & being wrong vs I talked a bunch of shìt, he beat this 1 guy now I love him.
If what OP said about Sergio Martinez don't sound fake as fùck to you. Then me & you are just completely different people.Comment

Teofimo Lopez, Timothy Bradley, JR Casimero, Oleksandr Usyk, Jessie Vargas, Carl Frampton, Jermell Charlo, Srisaket Sor Rungvisai...
Won't explain anything but I want to note that I have yet to put Teo and SSR to my P4P list right after beating Loma and Choc... I would like to see Teo win either a Loma rematch or vs. Haney or Tank... I put SSR to my list after beating Choc in a rematch...Comment
