Would have to say both Canelo and Lopez have changed my mind about them.
But asoon as Teo started to talk again i realized why i dont like him.
If Canelo stopped doing de-hydration clauses to his opponents plus gave them adequate time to train with drug testing then im sold.

Man that was a beautiful fight to watch.
12 rounds of non-stop dog from both fighters.
So if it was you that post that, good taste.
I called that fight a thriller. Amazing heart from both. The body punching back and forth in that fight was a thing of an art.

Ricky Hatton was The Ring/Lineal champion at 140 when Pacquiao fought him. Mayweather beat him at 147. Fighters don't lose their Ring/Lineal titles for losing a fight in another weight class. Pacquiao vacated the 140 Ring/Lineal titles and Danny Garcia and Amir Khan fought for the vacant Ring/Lineal titles.

Kelly Pavlik beat Taylor for the Ring/Lineal titles at 160, defended it once against Gary Lockett, went up to get schooled by Hopkins at 170, and came back down to keep defending his Ring/Lineal titles at 160 (which he eventually lost to Martinez for being a drunk).

Froch was the underdog to lose. Many people were saying the only he wins is by robbery due to it being in Nottingham. I thought this as well. Going into the fight, Froch had just been outboxed by Ward, outfought by Kessler, got a gift decision vs Dirrell, barely beat a shot Taylor by last minute TKO, and went life and death with Jean Pascal.

Bute had looked bad against Andrade but came back in the rematch to KO him with ease. Wiped out Glen Johnson, Edison Miranda, and Sakio Bika.

He had simply looked better than Froch going into their fights. People can give hindsight comments about the fight, but the fact is Froch was the underdog and the majority of the forum thought Bute would win. I admit I did too. I just wasn't impressed with Froch's life and death fights. After he stopped Bute he finished his career with edging out Kessler and stopping Groves twice. It was a good end to his career and he gained a lot of fans in his last 5 fights.

Carl Froch is the only fighter who springs to mind.

Funnily enough, I knew Froch was going to give a good beating.

                Fury, sorta kinda

Even if Useless was pro Fury, Fury did what he set out to do (by hook or by CROOK).

I’ve always respected Morales but his past prime fight against Maidana, when his eye was shredded early and he was getting beat but he stood his ground and gave hell. Extra respect to Erik for that night.
