C'mon, Manny Pacquiao is by far the most loved/respected fighter in the world.

He had most of America rooting for him against our biggest boxer, Floyd Mayweather Jr.

      Only Floyd stans hate Manny.

Chocolatito, Shawn Porter, and Mikey Garcia I think are pretty much universally respected too.

Win lose or draw porter for welter and AJ for heavy comes to mind for millenials as someone who fights anyone willing within there weight class. Look at porter resume/opposition vs anyone else at welter outside the obvious pacquiao. Literally they fight contenders n most ppl willing to sign off

the op def started with a solid list....def had to add porter to it although i dunno if op wants to since he doesnt wanna talk about how his boy blew off even thinking about porter for a fight....but porter is def one

being "classy" isnt really a requisite of mine...the world needs different types of personalities...and this sport def needs it...would be boring if every guy was vanilla and they were all the same....it would be like every fighter having the same fighting style...no thanks

The amount of disrespect Chocolatito got from 2015 until Rungvisai knocked him out tells me otherwise.

He's always classy and respectable, but that doesn't always translate to being respected, especially in a website like this.

Smith and Pascal are pretty damn respected, and rightfully so.

Good call on Porter also, to those who mentioned him. A true warrior in a sport full of wannabe bidness men. A dying breed.

Canelo is clearly very well respected in boxing. Conducts himself classily as well. You never see any BS with him, always respectful and no trash talk. Good role model for the sport in the way he conducts himself publicly.
