Maybe because calling out and actually fighting them are 2 different things. You can't exclude GGG and Andrade because they are both the top dogs at 160, why would you exclude them in the first place?
Truth of the matter is Canelo's no longer campaigning at 160, and he doesn't make 160 as easily as he did in the past. He wants to unify at 168 and with all the good names at SMW being under the PBC banner, I dont see why Charlo wouldn't step up to get a belt there instead of sticking around at 160 and barking from the porch. Step up to the plate, get a belt, then land the Canelo fight at 168.
