Charlo's wins against Trout , Korobov , Williams and Sergiy are all good wins .he does need a signature win would love to see him move up to 168 and fight Plant for the title. Then he'd no doubt be the front runner for a Canelo fight . Otherwise stay at 160 and become undisputed

Come on guys. Do you really thing Charlo turned down a fight with Canelo. Now charlo may have rejected a contract that was too small of a purse, but not a fight.
And I have to play the race card here because it seems canelo does not like to fight black fighters ever since Floyd kicked his ass. Close fights with lara, trout and jacobs But no other black fighters? Now I'm not saying canelo is afraid of anyone, but his management surely did that's why he left I think. But a long list of ero fights and khan and other bums is a farce.

It's a shame when Canelo's weakest wins would be considered the biggest wins on the resume's of the fighters you mentioned.

Lma Callum was like a plus 500 underdog, jacbaos this is the same dude that got KOd by pirog and went life and death with sulecki and ishe smith, cotto was washed up and coming off of "wins" over weight drained maravilla with one leg and weight drained geale.

In order for him to entice Canelo to fight him, then he is going to need a 168 lbs strap in order to do so. That's the only way he is going pique Canelo's interest in fighting him.
However, I do believe that Canelo's next fight just might be against Billy Joe Saunders since he is already promoted by Eddie Hearn also on Cinco De Mayo of next year.Comment

He doesn’t get it bro. Folk like that can’t see past their burning love for him. Canelo clearly has fought good fighters that isn’t the point, the point is since his move off HBO he has fought the absolute easiest competition he can find....and his fans know this that’s why that guy went back to his pre dayzin days.
And even so, does anyone REALLY have a problem with him taking on the names I mentioned above? Are they bad fights? Or....are they dangerous fights with undefeated world champion types? We clearly know he has problems with movers like Mayweather and Lara.....so fights with Plant and BooBoo present a specific type of challenge for Canelo, while Benevidez the larger man his like a brick, is taller, stronger, and presents what could be a highly entertaining brawl challenge.
Boxing fans don’t lose here, but clearly the boy band fans don’t want it. They just want to see him keep winning no matter whatComment

That's an all together other issue that I have with a lot of People. Just cause you speak Spanish doesn't make you nonblack. You are still of African decent. Hell Lara has more African in him than 50 percent of NBA players, right?
If you never seen him before and seen him on the street you would describe him as a black guy not a Cuban.
