Im on of frochs biggests fanboys and tbh i see canelo outboxing froch, not putting a beating on him just simply outboxing him

Much like the andre ward fight, froch kept trying to land and getting countered with shots that didnt do much damage to him

Numerous fighters nowhere near as tough as froch have seen the final bell va canelo and i beleive froch does easily

Such a shame but froch would barely land anything of note outside of the clinch

Canelo has amazing defence and timing which will make you hesitant to bum rush

Hahahaha ud for sure if it goes the distance cause we know how judges roll for canelo (mayweather draw, first ggg fight gift and to more than a few ppl another gift vs lara) only way to beat canelo is ko em yet canelo has a crazy chin, if it goes to decision we know that answer.

Would be a great fight as already told.

Mind you, I like Froch. But Taylor, who had already been beaten twice by Kelly Pavlik (and was more or less left damaged by those fights) was still winning until the last few seconds. I can envision Canelo doing the same, with improved power and accuracy, for a late stoppage or a points win. It would not be easy, though.

You meant to write "smashed BUTE to bits", I suppose?

Froch was easy to hit and not that fast. Canelo is a super middleweight now and punching very hard. Taylor nearly KOed Froch. Ward beat Froch by many points and I think Canelo would also beat him.

I liked Froch, but Canelo would be a nightmare for him.

It would take a fighter like a Calzaghe to beat Canelo.

A guy who has the ability to change styles during the fight... some call it the ability to "make adjustments"

Froch would take a real beating ..lacked defence and bad balance and it would be open target practice for canelo...I don’t think he would stop froch but he definitely would bust him up.
I would side with ward and calzaghe beating canelo because style...work rate for joe and ward for size and defence

Canelo abuses Froch sorry. Froch would have trouble hitting Canelo cleanly and Yes Froch had a great chin, but Canelo would work his body till he was wore out then potshor him to a wide Unanimous decision.
