That fight has finally made up my mind, Canelo is the P4P king. Crawford just doesn't have anywhere near the body of work the Mexican does, and I just don't think there's enough greatness in and around the divisions his body could compete in to catch up.

Indongo was not a well schooled boxer like Smith who won the wbss & was far bigger compared to canelo than Indongo to Crawford,Indongo was the kind that fought worse than no hopers in Afrika & right after Crawford beat him he was kod in 2 rds by prograis & then again 1 fight later kod in 2 by nobody .

Smith and trainer already said they had 7 weeks to train. The fight was negotiated and announced at 5 weeks but Smith was already in the gym.

Canelo was negotiating with 3 different fighters simultaneously...you cant have an effective camp training for 3 styles.

But please keep telling me how only Smith had 5 weeks and Canelo had longer XD XD XD

I’m not sure how you’re making this a debate. I am asking a question in context of how long an average boxing training camp runs.

I did not know that Canelo was negotiating with three other guys nor did I know that Smith’s team had 7 weeks training.

He actually had better achievement and in more spectacular fashion than Callum Smith, and didn't have a robbery win against a bum coming into the Crawford fight..

You're right. I just looked at Callum's resume and his best win is old fading George groves.

I really want to see Canelo fights GGG next year before he hits 40yo. The fight gonna happen sooner or later because of big money so i hope it's not too late...

Groves is only 31-32 years old today lol. He was also coming off the Eubank win where he looked 10 leagues above him. Not only that but I’m fairly sure Groves was winning on the cards before the KO (could be wrong).

But Callum won the super series and Dirrell talked his way out of it and a fight with Callum prior. He was supposed to fight Badou but Badou ended up vacating and moving up...then De Gale got beat by Truax and...yeah here we are.

Groves was basically the best win you *could* get (considering Groves had once beat De Gale). Plant has literally only been on the scene for one year and BJS is...well...BJS and he is going to give us all the fights we dont want for the rest of his career.

Callum didnt have an atg run or hall of fame resume but he was the best of what was there.

The Ryder fight was no robbery,it was a close fight. Indongo is the type of run of the mill paper champ from Africa,the kind that lost to Bud in 3,then Prograis in 2,then he fought a usual dog catcher,then he was kod again in 2 Rds by a no name,he is also only 3 inches taller than Bud unlike Smith who was like 200 in the ring & whos huge af , he won WBSS by beating Groves ass whom himself beat Eubanks jrs ass ,Smith won against Ryder officially (whom has only once lost clearly way before he arguably beat Saunders & Fielding which were his other close losses besides Smith)& smith was considered & ranked the #1 lhw with the lineal belt at Lhw,as opposed to Burns whom Indongo beat whom was rubbish. Smith had 3 belts(ring lineal)

^ correction. indongo won one belt by KO1 and another by 12-0 decision. impressive for a nobody who wbo installed at no. 15 so troyanovsky can have an easy defense.
