Ah yes, PPV is dead.

70 bucks is not bad for this matchup. It’s the Ring Mag champ at 168 vs the top draw in the sport, for super middleweight supremacy. People who already subscribe to DAZN get it for no extra cost. Those who aren’t can either subscribe or pay for a PPV. I think this is pretty damn smart on DAZN’s part. Streamers gonna stream, but business moves forward.Comment

I hear they did it just to satisfy those who prefer paying $70+ per fight instead of their regular prices. Apparently, there's a lot of them in us.Comment

I sub to DAZN. Easily worth a hundred bucks a year but those that don't want to sub still get access to the big fights. I see no problem here. 70 bucks seems a bit steep atm, however.Comment

They also get 4 months of DAZN with the purchase so in a way it is a way for DAZN to keep advertising. If people like what they see in those 4 months maybe they join. Win-Win for DAZN.Comment

There are 2 different types of people in this world. Those that change for the better and help others do the same. Those that hate change and dislike when someone else changes for the better because they are too bitter and lack any drive to do so themselves.
This is a smart business move on DAZN's part. I see nothing wrong with it. The more content available to me the better.Comment
