Instead of making new threads for every event I thought I'd just make one thread and keep bumping it.
There are three or four notable bare knuckle promotions going right now. The biggest is BKFC but they're not the only one. They have some differences, so let's look at them now.

BKFC is the "major league" of bare knuckle. They have their own app which has all their shows for 4 bucks per month. They have the most notable fighters and the highest production values. As of this moment they have run 15 shows.
Toe the Line Fight Series is BKFC's feeder league. They have run two events in the US and are running one in the UK next month. They have the same rule set as BKFC. Their shows are available on the Bare Knuckle TV app, just like BKFC.
BKB is the top promotion outside the US. They have run over 20 events and their shows air on PPV via Fite TV. They have no affiliation with BKFC but the bigger promotion has signed some of their top talent lately like Tyler Goodjohn. Overall they're pretty low rent. Not allowing clinch fighting and letting downed fighters have a 20 count are pretty lame rules.
Ken Shamrock's Valor BK has only run one event. They canceled their second over a year ago. Shamrock claims they are not out of business but they have no events planned and BKFC signed a bunch of their guys from the first event, so it could be one and done.
