Mayweather would toy with Paul Williams

I'd put money on Williams in a fight with Floyd.

According to the tale of the tape they are. Mayweather's are 26" and Williams' are 25". I just looked at the Mayweather - Zab - Gatti - and Mitchell fights and he is listed as 26" in all of them. I just looked at the Williams' fight again (after watching it just now) and he is at 25". Williams' span is longer, though.

I tried to tell these fools that Floyd's arms are always longer then everyone he fights and could have longer arms then Williams & Margarito.

Floyd's wing span is wider then most and the others are basicaly even with him but thats only because those guys backs are so wide and Floyd is a small guy. If you go straight by arm length then Floyd always has the longer reach which is a 26

I'm sure there are a lot of people who would be glad to take your money if you were to put it on Williams. This is a fight that won't happen for a while. If Williams beats Margarito, then he may need to beat one more strong opponent for Floyd to fight him. You have to look at the business side of things. Floyd is not going to give an up and comer his first shot when he has every big name in the business trying to fight him. If he beats the up and comer then nobody will think much of it, if he beats someone proven then it enhances his legacy (Margarito fans take note)

You guys keep saying that Floyd will do everything he can to avoid this fight are a joke. Why would Floyd be scared of a young inexperincced guy like Williams. I want you guys to really think about Floyd and his personality. You guys honestly think Floyd sits around and says "oh my god, I dont want no part of that guy"

He is the same guy who fought the legendary Genero Hernandez for the title when he was just 21. He is the same guy who fought a guy who was 10x more menacing then Williams. You think Williams is a freak? Chico was a damn near 6ft super featherweight who straight up killed everything in site, was undefeated, and had beaten proven greats. Floyd was only 23 and still fought him.

This is the same guy who now wants a fight with Oscar at 154 despite him not even being able to make 147, he is the same guy who wants Shane Mosley, the same guy who fought Castillo twice, the same guy who has a bunch of more big names on his resume that I wont even go through but you guys think he is scared of a rookie like Williams?

You guys are too funny. He also just saw Williams get tagged a bunch by 2 guys who are inferior to him but you guys dont think Floyd thinks that he can do that times 10?

Floyd would just keep his hands high to block his shots, then fire of combos and get defensive again. Williams would never hit him clean and Floyd would snap his head back with every punch.

I can just see them in the center of the ring, Williams firing, Floyd has his guard up blocking his face, picking off every shot, and then countering with combos to the body & face. He would just repeat this all night and continue to walk Williams down.

I think this is a much easier fight then you guys think

basically williams is taller, longer reach than any body pbf has fought. he throws more punches than any body pbf has fought

so basicaly this may be pbfs toughest test ! but there is nolimit 2 what pbf can do, & imo he would find a way 2 slip & counter. stay in close, roll those shoulders, make paul miss & make paul pay

please pal my **** is longer than floyd's arms. williams has at least 10 inches in reach. you can't go straight by arm length dumbass cause boxers don't stand with their feet even, they don't square up. you turn your back to throw a punch jerkoff. so the width of your back is included in a reach measurement. get your **** straight. williams would put floyd 6 feet under if they fought, ill bet all my points on that.

i believe tht it would be legal for williams to throw body punches at floyd, so therefore he can't just "hold his gloves high" genius. ya, floyd is gonna walk down a 6'2 welter with a 10 inch reach advantage, who also throws over 100 punches a round. great strategy there pal. i hope floyd has you in his corner if this fight happens, i would make alot of money., thanks for the insight Angelo Dundee
