Floyds arms are actually 72" while Margaritos arms are 73". Floyd's speed alone can cut the distance between him and Williams. Floyd's footwork would be his best asset in this fight.

Far too early to hype Williams yet IMO.

Mitchell was never ever going to win this fight.
He is well past his prime and is fighting out of his division @ Welterweight. When i saw this fight scheduled I thought mismatch, so i don't see how you can say he is the next best thing. He might be all of that but Mitchell is hardly the measuring stick these days. His rating fights are still in front of him and we will see where he sits in the division next year.

Paul Williams is a great unique figher, at this stage of his career though i dont think he was the "experience" asset to beat PBF now, even though he has 30 wins i believe & 25 years old, I say give him 1-2 years, and he stands a great chance.

** You started it up. Why don't you just dress PurtyGrrl in pink sequins?

He's gonna fight Baldy for less $$$$ than he was gonna make against Margarito. He's gonna take the Roy route and be exposed soon enough.

first i can garuntee you floyd will never fight paul williams..he will do what ever it takes not to. second mayweather can counter pretty good but countering a southpaw doesnt really work unless your a southpaw yourself and williams throws over 100 punches per round. thrid mayweather doesnt have enough power to keep him off. there is noway way he can keep off somebody whos reach is that long plus hes a south paw and like i said you really cant counter southpaws as well you have to pressure them and if he pressures williams, williams has the long reach and throws way more punches

Since when was Mitchell a force in Welterweight? Especially one that would deserve a guy who was essentially a nobody before the fight (known, but not really a major player at '47) this kind of hype? I haven't seen the fight yet, but beating Mitchell doesn't seem like that big of a deal to me.

i'm not picking paul over floyd, but i will say he matches up well.. with his extreme size, height, reach and volume punching, he can provide floyd with alot of problems... at the very least, paul will be more comp then zab, mitchell, gatti, bruseles, corley and sosa...
